Online Store Policy

        1.  Refunds and Returns

All sales are final for online purchases, including gift cards, skincare products, and promotional packages. Please review your selections carefully before completing your order. If you have questions about a product or service, contact us at 941-749-0741 before making your purchase. This policy is subject to applicable local and state laws and may change accordingly.

        2.  Expiration Dates for Services

Purchased services, such as treatment packages and promotional offers, must be redeemed within the time frame specified at checkout. If no date is specified, services must be redeemed within 12 months. Expiration dates cannot be extended, so be sure to schedule your appointments in advance. This policy is subject to applicable local and state laws and may change accordingly.

        3.  Mix-and-Match Policies

Promotions that require purchasing multiple items, such as fillers, apply only to the same product unless otherwise noted. For mix-and-match options, please call our office directly to complete your purchase.

        4.  Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may only be used toward eligible products and services at our practice.

        5.  Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards and the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed. Online wallet credits cannot be applied to purchases with promotional pricing.
